Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 28 September 2026. These terms describe the website application process and the main principles for coaching services.
Important: Submitting the website form is an enquiry only. It creates no contract and no payment obligation. A service begins only after the scope, start date, price, payment method, provider details and applicable consumer information have been confirmed in writing.
1. Provider
MLIFE Cycling is currently presented by Matej Lovše, Prebold, Slovenia. Contact: info@mlifecycling.com. Registered-business name, address, registration number and tax details will be published here after the renewed registration is completed. Until then, the website accepts non-binding enquiries only and does not process purchases.
2. Services and acceptance
The website describes personal online cycling coaching and optional cycling performance weeks in Slovenia. Availability is limited. An application may be accepted or declined. The final written agreement prevails if it differs from general website descriptions.
3. Prices and payment
The displayed online coaching price is €329 per month. Performance-week prices and what they include are shown on the website. Before any binding agreement, the client receives confirmation of the total price, whether taxes are included, payment timing, duration, cancellation conditions and any additional costs. The website itself does not process payment.
4. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information relevant to training and promptly report material changes.
- Use suitable, safe equipment and follow traffic rules and event rules.
- Train within personal abilities and stop if pain, illness, unusual shortness of breath, dizziness or other concerning symptoms occur.
- Seek appropriate medical advice before starting or changing training when health concerns exist.
5. Coaching limits
Training advice is educational and performance-focused and is not medical care, physiotherapy, nutrition treatment or a guarantee of a particular power number, race result or health outcome. Results depend on many factors, including consistency, recovery, health, environment and events outside the coach's control.
6. Changes, cancellation and consumer rights
Detailed duration, notice, rescheduling and cancellation arrangements are confirmed before the service begins. Where mandatory consumer law grants a right of withdrawal for a distance contract, that right applies. If a client expressly asks for a service to begin during a withdrawal period, any mandatory consequences and consent will be explained and recorded before work starts.
7. Performance weeks
For an in-person performance week, the final written offer will state the included coaching, dates, location, accommodation or transport status, weather alternatives, client equipment and cancellation rules. Unless expressly confirmed, travel, accommodation, meals, insurance, event entries and bicycle hire are not included.
8. Intellectual property
Website content and personally prepared training plans may not be commercially reproduced, resold or publicly distributed without written permission. Clients may use their plans for their own training.
9. Liability and applicable law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, MLIFE Cycling is not responsible for indirect loss or for consequences caused by inaccurate information, disregarding safety instructions or risks inherent in sport. Slovenian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Parties should first try to resolve concerns directly by email.
10. Contact and updates
Questions or complaints can be sent to info@mlifecycling.com. These terms may be updated; the version applicable to a specific service will be the version supplied or linked when that service is agreed.
